In business there is almost nothing more important than integrity. Suppliers, Customers and Investors expect a company to be honest and truthful, to operate ethically.
Purpose
The purpose of the Business with Integrity award is to identify and recognise businesses that operate to the highest levels of integrity and transparency. These companies have internal measures in place to ensure that breaches in ethical behaviour are rare, if ever. They have policies that ensure employees know what acceptable conduct is, and a strong leadership model to cascade these behaviours throughout the entire organization.
